RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All of our custom made products are created based on specific information provided by individual customer thus having no resell value.
Products can only be returned if there's quality problem.
(Though the chance is low because of quality check before shipping.)
How to claim your customer right?
Submit picture proof and order detail within 7 days of receiving the order to get a Refund/Resend/Return.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel the transaction, please feel free to contact us at mail@teamwearsport.com within 24 hours after your purchase.
Normally, we will start to design and produce your customized product 24 hours after your order is placed. Your order cannot be canceled or refunded once it has been shipped.
REFUND POLICY
All items are handcrafted and customized with care, therefore, we don’t accept refund on the products unless the fault was ours (e.g. the customized name/photo is wrong, the size/color is wrong, damaged upon arrival).
How to claim your customer right?
Submit picture proof and order detail within 7 days of receiving the order to get a Refund/Resend/Return.
If you request a refund,the payment will be refunded to your account within 7-10 days after we agree.
HOW TO RETURN
Place a note together with the return product in the original packaging. It’s important that you use additional outer packaging to ensure that the product is not damaged during shipping.
Note that the product must be folded and returned in its original condition in cases where it is packaged in a plastic bag.
Drop the parcel off at the nearest designated drop-off location.
Save the receipt of the shipment.
If you want to exchange the product, you need to place a new order on our website. If the product costs more than at the time of purchase, contact us and we will help you.
The Return Cost and Turnaround Time
We will cover the remaking cost, but our customer should bear the freight if it is not our fault.
It usually takes 2 weeks or so for you to receive your return goods.
Refund:
Once we have processed your return, you will get an e-mail with more information and from there it will take 7-10 bank days until you have the money on your account.
If you have paid you invoice, your money will be refunded to the same account as you paid it with.
If you have paid by card or bank transfer, the money will be refunded to the account that was debited at the time of purchase.
